Perhaps not quite as dark as some prefer, this is still plenty dark. Has a rich, almost thick flavor and aroma. No detectable bitterness, low acid; all the attributes they talk about. Almost zero fines after grinding and just the tiniest bit of cup sludge. Yeah, I like it. Enough to write a review.Now, if now you'll permit me some heresy: Hand grind (1ZPresso Q) 14 grams of beans such that they'll fit into a My Keurig filter for Keurig Supreme brewers, which is a fairly fine grind. 10 oz.
