Constipation Relief Gummies

My autistic son was diagnosed with encopresis a couple years ago. We’ve worked really hard to find the right maintenance meds to keep him soft and regular, but every once in awhile he plateaus. Someone in an Encopresis group recommended this, so I ordered it right away! They claimed their kiddo had a pretty big bowel movement the same day. It comes in a huge package with ICE PACKS! Why?!!! It’s not supposed to be refrigerated, so maybe it’s to keep them from melting? I order Olly gummies all the time and have never seen them mailed this way (UPDATE: ordered a 2nd bottle & got more cold packs!). They’re not the yummiest gummy, but he likes them. Kind of has a prune-elderberry-grape flavor. They’re VERY firm and chewy like a super stale gummy, which I don’t love for his crown or wiggly teeth. But, he loves them so that’s all that matters (he has ARFID, so he’s really picky!). I noticed his BMs have gotten much bigger and softer finally! No “rock hard rabbit poops.” They’re almost….. normal?!!! He takes 1-2 in the morning and poops after dinner. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m afraid to give him them at night, in fear he’ll have to go at school. Occasionally he says he feels the urge to go in the afternoon. I’ll re-order! Just wish they gave you more than a couple weeks’ worth. UPDATE: We recently ran out and he didn’t go at his normal time. Ordered more and he’s back on track! Right now he takes these along with magnesium glycinate and probiotics. Just this product alone wouldn’t work on him. I highly recommend trying these if your kiddo struggles to have larger BMs, or has reached a stall with their other maintenance meds. UPDATE 2: I now swear by these. They work best when NOT taken daily. I give them to him maybe 2x/week now. It makes it easy for him to go, much like Exlax chocolates without the crazy, unstoppable urge. This stuff works really well! As someone else recommended in a review, start with one gummy. I had results really quickly, but no cramping or unpleasantness. Not really a daily item, but definitely helps when you need it.

I bought OLLY Keep It Movin’ because the name was bold and honestly a little threatening. Turns out, it was not exaggerating. Took as directed. Waited. And then… yep. Exactly what it says. Things moved. Smoothly. Gently. No drama. No regret. No emergency planning required. The gummies taste good enough that you almost forget why you took them, which feels dangerous, but also impressive. And unlike some other “digestive helpers,” this one does not make you question your life choices or cancel your plans for the day. Five stars for honesty alone. If you need help getting back on schedule, this product clocks in, does its job, and clocks out quietly. Respect.

Taste was fine,no smell,easy to follow directions. This product does not address sleep. Functionality: it a couple of days to start working.

I took them a few times already, the 2 chews per day that is recommended, and it still hasn’t really worked. I feel like I’m still not fully going. Whoever said they taste great, I don’t understand. Also it says to chew thoroughly, however they are hard as a rock and hard to chew. I had to warm them in my hand for at least a minute to be able to chew it up fully. I’ll try Miralax next I guess.

The flavor is horrible!! I have to cut them up and swallow them like a pill. They’re not soft gummies, which makes it much worse to chew because it takes longer. Bad taste that lingers. The jury is still out on how much it helps with constipation, but I probably will keep looking for another product that tastes better.

I can't say enough good things about this product! It truly delivers results, and I have a strong feeling it would work even faster if I weren't taking medication that slows down my system. I genuinely believe this could get the job done almost immediately for someone, not on medication. As for the taste, it resembles that of a prune, which is perfectly fine for me since I love prunes. The flavor is pleasant, and it's nice to see a product that prioritizes quality ingredients. The value for money is exceptional; I will definitely be purchasing this again. While it usually takes a few days for the effects to kick in, when they do, I feel a noticeable difference and can honestly say I’m often about 10 pounds lighter afterward—hahaha! Overall, this product has made a positive impact on my life, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

This only caused softer stool for both of us. It did not make us need to go. It was harder to go when so soft and not diarrhea for one of us. Ŏ
