This is the best. I spread canola oil very thinly on pan and spatula with a paper towel, let my pancake mix sit for 3-minutes before cooking, heat pan at low-to-medium flame, pour little less then 1/4 cup of mix in each mold and the thickest most fluffiest pancakes are prepared in minutes. I use store brand pancake mix with water and better than any restaurant served to date. I wipe it down with a clean paper towel and store away. It's lightweight, easy to use and never disappoints. Love ❤️ Love!!!

I spray PAM, on the pan and pour the batter. They come out perfect every time. I highly recommend this, product. The pan is easy to clean, as the batter doesn't stick. It was a great price as well.

So far so good. You need to oil it up or butter it up before add you batter. I just don’t like the fact you have to screw the handle. What is the screw get rusty as a result of washing it with water and soap, is my concern.

The indentations are small and it’s very hard to lift pancakes out and turn them over so that they go back into the indentations neatly. Also need to use low heat as the pancakes burn easily. I got this to replace a flat, non- indentation skillet that I had for years . I will eventually repurchase the non- indentation skillet as it works much better for pancakes. I did use this one time to cook burgers and it worked ok for that.

I use it for Russian(Slavic) mini-blini ( a-la crepes). I like size because we eat it with variety of different fillings and I want to eat multiple blini but I doubt wanna overeat. This size I can eat 4 crepes with caviar, with lox, with condensed milk , with grandma raspberry jam on 1 plate and be okay on calories.

Sucks food stick to it. It doesn’t cook evenly.
