UGREEN HDMI Switch 5 in 1 Out, HDMI Splitter 4K@60Hz with Remote

Item works as it should. -Responsive as you would expect, would go for more expensive UGREEN product if need faster responsive time. Compatibility is good, can use HDMI adapters also for DP (for exmample). -Auto Switches, sometimes can annoy as if my work laptop locks and my monitor is acting as a 2nd screen then it will switch to my other active HDMI which is my home pc. Looking for ways around it but think can be simple solution. -Power requirement is minimal. -Quite compact

Works like a charm. Today's TVs just don't have enough hdmi ports. This helps and I've never had an issue with it. One let down though when my Xbox Series X is connected to this I don't get a full output unless I plug it directly into the TV.

I couldn't find any reviews for if this worked for streaming on Twitch so I thought I'd bite the bullet and give it a shot. I recognise that I'm probably in a fairly unique situation because of this, but I'm leaving a review in case anybody is similarly in my shoes. On Twitch, I currently stream from my PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch and laptop. Just the other day I got my hands on the Elgato HD60 X, and it's worked great for streaming to Twitch through OBS so far. However, if I wanted to swap between my consoles then I needed to unplug the HDMI for one console and plug in the HDMI for another. I didn't want this to lead to damage to my cables/Elgato down the line, so I looked into whether a HDMI splitter of some sort could help fix this issue. Instead, I stumbled across the idea of a HDMI switch instead, so I looked into getting one but I couldn't find concrete reviews saying whether these worked or not (I checked on YouTube, Amazon and Reddit to see what people had to say). After that research, I decided to take the plunge and got this HDMI Switch because it can handle up to 4K 60Hz, which is more than enough for what I needed. I'll break down the info on how I've got this set up, the pros and the cons I've experienced so far: INFO - All my consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch) are set up to output 1080p at 60fps. This is also how my OBS is set up so everything is compatible with each other. VRR can be turned on, I believe I've got HDR turned off across devices just to be on the safe side, and any other funky HDMI things like HDMI CEC are all turned off - They all run into this switch by HDMI cable. They're in ports 1, 2 and 3 - This switch then runs into my Elgato HD60 X by HDMI cable - I've connected the switch to an external charger to supply it with power - The Elgato connects to my monitor by HDMI (a 34" ultrawide Samsung one. The important thing to note is that it's set to receive the signal from the Elgato as an AV source, not PC. That means the image won't be stretched out wide) and to my laptop by USB-C (a Samsung Galaxy Book4 Ultra) PROS - Works absolutely fine. Had no issues with lag, quality, stuttering, black screens, etc so far - Design is very compact and looks good amongst my setup. Almost discreet - Build quality seems solid - The little remote it comes with feels a bit cheap, but it's convenient and does what it needs to do - Being able to press the top buttons to switch to any input you like is very convenient - Very affordable price. Even as one of the slightly pricier ones I've seen, it's still not gonna break the bank CONS - Didn't come with a HDMI cable, which I would've at least liked for the HDMI out - Remote doesn't come with batteries - Switching takes about 3-5 seconds, which really isn't a con for me but it's something that I can imagine some people would want to happen much quicker - The USB-C it comes with seems a bit thin and frail. Again, not really a con, but I'm using a better USB-C cable plugged into my extension socket instead and that's doing the job just fine All in all, I'm very happy so far with the product. In a test environment it's done everything I would want it to do, so now I just need to see what it's like on an actual live Twitch stream JUST to make sure it holds up there. But so far, when doing offline tests and capturing footage through OBS, it's been absolutely wonderful. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lack of a HDMI cable and no batteries for the remote. Otherwise, this was the PERFECT solution for my dilemma and also allows me to have more devices connected in the future that I can very easily switch to with this now

I bought this back in February and so far so good. It's a little slow when changing the hdmi channel outputs for a few seconds till loads uo the pictures. But I have all my consoles attached to this ps5 xbox x series ps4 ps3 and sky box and it's fantastic picture is great quality no matter what channel I put on its not grainy doesnt lose picture or anything like that. I got specifically because I wanted a hdmi splitter that can cope with gaming consoles and this by far was the best I ever bought and for price too its very good. It doesn't appear to be cheap in any way either seriously easy to use plug it and change the output.

Just love this item. Plugged in the following all at once: cable tv. Nvidia sheild. Amazon cube. Laptop and still got a spare HDMI port left. I have used the supplied usb C lead and plugged it into spare mobile phone charger (5v 1.0amp), no picture issues at all. Dolby atmos passess throught to my sound bar and faultless 4k tv picture accross all platforms plugged into it. Love the fact that the device is controlled by a remote control or button on the unit. Says that the ir receiver should be pointing at the remote, i found this not to be necassary, mine is behind my media unit and works perfectly. No more switching ports on the tv remote or sound bar for each device.

Works well for me for everything I've pushed through it. Have only tested for 4k@60 and 1080@120 but those are solid, so if having issues it is likely not this box.. make sure you have good hdmi cabling though (I went for UGREEN for these also). Also, seems to work ok without usb power (for me at least), I assume it pulls from hdmi sometimes.

This device has been very useful to me. Last year I brought a 4K oled tv, but it only had like 4 hdmi ports. I use my tv for new and old consoles, the Apple TV 4K, and other stuff. So it’s nice not having to switch the hdmi cords around when I want to play, say, god of war 1 on ps3. But since it’s not a very high price, the plastic is pretty low quality. The remote it comes with especially feels weak. Also the rubber stoppers on the bottom of the device don’t seem to do a whole lot. It slides a lot for me, it’s on quite smooth wood. It keeps the resolution and frame rate, it doesn’t seem to sabotage anything. And since it’s hdmi, it of course works with practically anything, so a lot of compatibility. A very useful and easy to use product, but the low quality plastic makes me lower to a 4/5 stars. I just don’t want it to slide off and break.

I am extremely happy with this purchase. The product arrived quickly, was well packaged, and was exactly as described. Keeping in mind Ugreen credentials in mind , it was my last try to test a HDMI 5 in 1 out switcher due to many devices i have in my kitty . I connected AppleTV 4k, Nvidia shield pro , google chromcast and airtel extream and amazon firtv max pro It passed both dolby vision and dolby atmos Remote is powerd by AA batteries which is good Switcheing between devices was smooth for minimum 3 devices But connecting five needs more power as per my TV input Mi tv which is a simple crap Later on inmay test on other tv set Firtv max pro is showing incompatibility Throwing bluescreen , but 3 devices work smoothly I had a orei hdmi connector 5 in 1 and its remote died within one month . Overall ugreen is worth money in 2 days test peroid

Ik heb deze nu een week en hellemaal top . Voorlopig mijn google tv en 2 x pc op aangesloten En werkt helelmaal top . Wat ik heel fijn vindt dat je manual hem op een ander kanaal moet zetten . Die ik hiervoor had ging gelijk op een ander kanaal en dat vondt ik persoonlijk niks . Afstandbediening werkt ook super vanaf de bank ongeveer 5 meter . Dus is dit een aanrader zeker wel Prijs was ook heel netjes zeker voor een 5 poorts

Excelente opción por si tienes puertos HDMI limitados o varias consolas para conectar a un monitor o a la televisión, funciona muy bien y la imagen que se ve es como si la conectaras directamente. Lo único que si hay que detallar es que el cable de alimentación es muy corto, yo lo contacté a la televisión y tuve que cambiar el cable por uno más largo.
