Easy to chew
I found these Nature Made chewable tablets in my local store but they stopped carrying them so here I am ordering online. This 100mg tablet is the perfect strength and consistency for me to enjoy on the go! I pop one in anytime of day that i need mood support and a Seretonin lift. They really do work well. I've noticed a difference when I don't have them so I always keep them around even if I don't take them daily. The great thing is you can take these any time of day without side effects or sleeplessness. My mood improves and I feel more balanced while using them so that's a plus. Really bad stomach pains
Icky taste that's tolerable, but I don't look forward to taking it. Also caused really bad stomach problems every day I've taken it. Not sure of it's effectiveness on mood since it's only been 5 days, but the stomach pain isn't worth it! Possibly the xylitol? I've used a different brand of 5htp in the past in gummy form from another brand and no issues. Requested a refund and not taking this anymore! Ugh
