The plunger will not slide through the cylinder. I even tried to lube it up with a little vegetable oil. Unit will not work without extreme pressure applied. Very dangerous for something you going to put in your ear. Spent a little extra thinking I was going to get a little better quality product. This thing won’t work for anything. It’s scrap metal. Don’t buy this product unless your into waisting time and money.
