Great Product
Arrived promptly and works fine - couple of minor marks but nothing that will stop me from enjoying it, but then if I expected a new ipod i should have bought a new ipod

Excellent condition.......NOT
So i decided to pay for the IPOD that was stated as Excellent condition but upon arrival it had scratches all over the screen, gouges out of the case ! if i wanted one in this condition i would have gone for the cheaper version! not happy at all! Not well packed either in just a bit of wrap and in an amazon cardboard envelope! total waste of money. Now have to spend ages trying to sort it out!!! The battery doesn’t even charge! Been on charge all night and it’s only on 11%! This is a dodgy company who doesn’t respond to emails and doesn’t care about its customers! Do not buy from them!

Shipped with unusable battery
The product description said that battery life would be at least 80% of it's peak. The battery we had with the unit as shipped lasted four hours while not even being used. I then had to spend an extra £40 on a new battery. Rip off.

reasonable quality for the price
Nice condition and fine to use as a stand alone iPod, it's not updateable so you can't add any apps like BBC Sounds. Battery life isn't brilliant but as I'm using it for playing music through a dock it's not the end of the world.

If I could give less than 1 star then I would
Bought the iPod for my son’s birthday as he isn’t quite old enough for a phone yet. We decided on an iPod so we looked on Amazon and chose one in a supposedly excellent condition. This was considerably more than an iPod in very good condition. The EXCELLENT iPod was an absolute disgrace with scratches absolutely everywhere and it looked like it had been run over by a truck. We charged the iPod to see if it was working and you could physically see the battery draining before your eyes. The full charge lasted 5 minutes. PLEASE read the reviews before purchasing one of these.
