The congregation has always complained that they can't hear me well because I am soft spoken but also because of the microphone that is attached to the podium doesn't adjust closely enough to allow me to stand comfortably. After we reopened due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was a problem for the Deacons and Deaconesses to wipe the microphones between people speaking so I investited in this as a "Personal" microphone so they would have their workload lessened. It works wonderfully and as a bonus, the congregation now tells me that they can hear me with no problem. The only thing I could suggest is that the Shure should have included a detailed User's Manual to more clearly explain the using but I was able to figure it out after about five minutes or so.
