I was very concerned about buying online but was pleasantly surprised. The leather is quality and the seating is firm but comfy. The color looks like the picture (ought the light gray). It came early than what was quoted. The delivery was great on time and I received texts keeping me updated. I did research for several weeks on this company and read every customer review I could fine. I was convinced and I am very happen I took the chance to order this sight unseen. The sofa is just what we were looking and the quality of the leather is super nice. Once I got connected with the delivery company they too were a dream. They were extremely professional, courteous, and very careful when bring into house and setting up. They took all the packing materials and boxes with them and left the beautiful sofa ready for use. We love it and highly recommend Hydeline leather products. ### ⭐ Very poor quality *by D***E on October 31, 2024* Sofa and loveseat I purchased together may be worth it at HALF the price, but this is way over priced for the garbage it is. Attempted to find pieces that matched my Eames chair. This furniture arrived four weeks late (after several no-shows by the delivery company), and it is of very poor quality. The texture has an EXTREME orange peel texture to it that holds dirt like no one’s business and is extremely difficult (if not impossible) to keep clean and the wrinkles created are permanent. They look like hell. The cushions are rock hard (concrete is softer) and is very uncomfortable and difficult to sit on through an entire movie.Contact with the company proved useless and they truly weren’t interested in any resolution. Completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your money on this junk.
