I am absolutely delighted with this very ,very well thought out formula !! Nutri Advance is a company I know well and use often so I can say with certainty that their products are the highest quality around.I am adding this after 3 week of use. I love this formula. I feel helped by it and my sleep is definitely better. I am felling stronger,too. Great stuff.This formula for stress is incredible and for building immune system as well. I use the combination of L Theanine and Lemon Balm all the time for people whether their stressors are emotional of physical or both. The additions of B 5 and and Ashwaganda bring the whole thing up to another level. Then they have added the mushrooms which do the most amazing job or normalizing the nervous system and building resilience and greater immune function. The Magnesium is so very important here but ,of course, you can not get enough in one multi so taking another 300 mgs of Magnesium a day would be great Take 2 a day of these for really great Resilience building.What a fabulous formula. I absolutely love it and love how well thought out and balanced it is. The price is terrifically good value... I have come down with a flu bug at the end of winter and am taking ti build by resistance and get better faster.It is working for me.The mushrooms do that.

The media could not be loaded. I got these to help with stress, which is something we all go through periods of during our lifetime. The ingredients are what attracted me, as I've heard very good things about Ashwagandha in particular, but this has the added bonus of containing Ginseng, Lemon Balm and Mushroom extract.They are pricey at £22.96, However they also contain vitamin C, vitamin B5, Magnesium, and L- Theanine, so I can see why that might be.They come in capsule form, which are easy to swallow and they have a good use by date on them. They come in a 60 count, and you can either take one tablet once or twice a day. So, these could potentially last you one or two months depending on your usage. They are also vegan friendly, and I'm looking forward to seeing if they make a difference, as it's too early to tell just yet. I took a star off for the price, but that has nothing to do with the product.

This pot of 60 capsules costs a whopping £23. There are some good booster vitamins such as Vit C and B5, but the herbal based ginseng, mushroom, lemon balm and ashwaganda all seem rather vague and mystical in their ability to reduce your stress levels. They recommend two per day and that is a very expensive way to attempt destressing! Also you should not take them if pregnant or breastfeeding which rings a warning bell.

These capsules were something I wanted to try to help me through a very stressful time, seeing they contained Ashwaganda intrigued me as I know there’s some very interesting results coming out of its use for easing stress and calming the mind. You get a decent amount in the pot and the capsules are very easy to swallow (I found so anyway).I have genuinely felt that these have helped keep me calm, despite a bad time on my life I have remained calm and moderately tranquil (when usually I’d be an absolute mess) so I do think these have helped. At the current price point (over £20) these are on the expensive side, they are just supplements after all, but like I say, I do think they have helped me, so with that in mind I do recommend these supplements.

I used to take a lot of Nutri supplements about 20 years ago and they were generally a very good brand, with a few products with not the best source ingredients. This is the first time I have taken Resilience. It is slightly pricey but the list of ingredients is very comprehensive, inc. Vit C, a general antioxidant, B5 which is used in energy production and seems to benefit the adrenals for this reason; magnesium is good for enabling enzymatic activity and many ppl are deficient in it. L-Theanine I'm not sure why they added it but I guess if you are trying to boost the mood with adaptogens the theanine may help to smooth out the mood; some people find theanine stimulating others relaxing, i generally find the latter. It contains a comprehensive set of adaptogens and some mushroom extracts in moderate doses, so will stimulate the adrenals and immune system. I have notice a slight improvement after taking this with an accompanying warm feeling. Would recommend.
