Review: ALMOST a takeaway taste - I am a curry addict with tons of experience (usually disappointing) with various curry kits, powders and pastes. This makes a very tasty curry and way better than any powdered mixes - but still not quite as good as a real restaurant curry. I don't stock ghee, but found frying the paste in butter instead of cooking oil made the taste richer and more authentic. I like full bodied curries and needed to increase the paste content by 50% more and used meat stock in the universal mix (as per supplied recipe) instead of water to suit my own tastes. 5 stars for taste, convenience and value for money - and being able to make a healthier curry than takeaways. I will be buying more!

I am a curry addict with tons of experience (usually disappointing) with various curry kits, powders and pastes. This makes a very tasty curry and way better than any powdered mixes - but still not quite as good as a real restaurant curry.
