Is it a correct block for stretching thoraxic spine?

Yes, it can be used to open any part of the spine.

Hi there, Thanks for your question. Our Yogamatters Cork Bricks are shrink wrapped. This is to ensure the product is not damaged in transit and during storage leading to waste. We aim to recycle all cardboard and other packaging material in our warehouse, and we are working hard to improve our packaging and move to recycled options wherever possible. We hope this helps!
