This is a really nice set and comes in a nice pouch too. Each band is labelled individually so you know the resistance to expect. There's some basic resistance exercise instruction included too. There's not much more to say about them. They work as expected and look like they're made to last.

... and well graded, so the dark green band is much tougher for my recovering ankle than the yellow (easiest) one.
