Solar does not work leaks
Rubbish didn’t get my money back put them in the bin

Faulty X3 still waiting for a refund.
Unfortunately they just didn’t do the job we had 3 on our 14ft pool and they never got any warmer they where up and running for almost 3weeks with little to no difference at all and the difference that was there could of been down to the cover or dome we have. Very disappointed and unsatisfied and also meant that we couldn’t use the pool this summer. 3 very upset children. Now waiting for weeks for the refund after paying to return them. Little to no contact from “customer services”.
