Netting holds up well and easily put together. However, the connection joint on the poles isn't secured very well. Without the metal joint, the two end poles for the netting can't be connected. Unfortunately, both joints came loose from the poles after less than 5 uses and the team misplaced one of the joints after the last game. Now we have a nice net, but no way to raise it.Wish there was a stronger attachment joint out of the box. Otherwise, a solid product that I would have ordered again.**After contacting seller via their published email on the website; I received a prompt response, apology for the uncommon defect, and sent replacement parts. Seller even threw in an extra to ensure future success. Manufactured items will sometimes have issues, it’s the customer service for those issues that make the difference. Well done! So responsive that I bought another net today.** ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ amazing customer service and product *by on Reviewed in the United States December 26, 2018* Bought it for my daughters for Christmas and today we went to put it together and the piece don’t fit properly together theclips for the metal bars are missing! And since I bought it over 30 days ago I can’t even return it!!So after I posted my original post above the owner to the company quickly reached out to me to apologize for the inconvenience of the mishap in which we had.. he truly was amazing and sent us a new base for the net along with 3 weighted balls and a bag for carrying! I couldn’t happoer with the product and happier with the customer service and the kindness in which this company displayed. Then even checked up to make sure we received the new base for the net! I would absolutely buy from this company again and the net it’s self my daughter loves and it is easy to set up and take down and easy to travel with it is also ready good quality!! If I could give more then 5 starts I would they truly turned my perspective around and made everything right and we couldn’t be happier!! Thank you ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Net and Company *by on Reviewed in the United States January 6, 2020* This net is great for my older boys. It is both wide and high. The assembly is sturdy and easy. Like the fearure for clipping pitching target. Sturdy enough that it does not sway around or just hang from the top like our old net.In addition, i had a question about the net and it was responded to in a day. The customer service is as good as the net itself. I hope nothing but the best for Flair and know I will see this net on a lot more baseball/softball fields. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/51452281-baseball-net-softball-net-7-ft-x-7-ft-practice](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/51452281-baseball-net-softball-net-7-ft-x-7-ft-practice) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
