Gvirtue Universal Remote Control Compatible with SN-14

I was looking for a replacement remote for our SKY Q box as some of the numbers no longer worked when pressed (it is10yrs old) and could not obtain a replacement direct from SKY. I am happy to say that this replacement remote worked straight away. I did not have to programme anything, it was batteries in and go. Plus I have a spare should another of my old remotes start to fail.

It worked on my Sky Q box as soon as I put batteries in. It also works on my SKY Q mini box. My only gripe is it won’t let me sync the remote as Bluetooth is needed and these remote controls only have infrared. I wanted to sync my remote so I could use the volume. But you have to press buttons 1 and 3 together for Bluetooth but because this is only infrared, it can’t set up. I have to use my TV remote to work the volume which is a nuisance having to use 2 separate controllers. I’m a bit disappointed about that hence the 4 stars but in general it works for everything else and at €15 for 2 controls .. I suppose I shouldn’t complain too much. I wish Sky would just lower the price to replace their remote controls. €50 for a remote control is a rip off so these controls are a bargain in comparison 🤷🏻‍♀️

Absolute rubbish - We have 2 TV's so I bought a double pack. First is a Sony Bravia top of the range with Sony sound system. Spent an hour trying everything. Other is a brand new Samsung QLED. Would not even let me past the third set up level. Buttons were stiff and had to be pressed twice and hard as well. My own fault for being a 'cheapskate'. Also now Amazon is sending stuff back through ASDA and I can't guarantee to be at home for a GPO collection I have to drive 5 miles to drop off the return parcel!!!

Good value twin pack replacement remotes for your Sky Box. The remote feels close to the original Sky Q Remote, all the buttons work perfectly and press nicely. Very good value remote compared to the original which is around £25-28 for one remote. Excellent buy to keep these as a spare or replace your lost or broken one.

Buttons are very stiff to press. Sometimes they don't work but you get what you pay for.

Lo compré ya que el remoto original de mi pantalla Sony se quebró y el control universal que compré me limitaba muchas funciones, así que decidí buscar en amazon el control original o uno universal pero que tuviera la misma distribución de botones, para mi sorpresa este control apareció a muy buen precio y es casi idéntico al original, nada más sacarlo de la caja pude comprobar que las funciones extras de la pantalla si funcionan correctamente con este control sin necesidad de ingresar algún código de programación. Si bien los botones hace click cada vez que los presionas, a diferencia eel original, no es molesto, se sienten suaves y de material resistente. Cabe aclarar que el paquete no incluye las dos baterías AAA que ocupa así que es bueno tener unas de repuesto para cuando lo reciban. Definitivamente lo volvería a comprar en caso que sea necesario.

Excelente calidad, vale mucho más de lo que pague por el, no necesite instalar nada, ningún código, solo le puse las baterías y funcionó perfectamente
