Review: Great Quality Durable Sturdy - but Beware - It is One Unit to be used as a Quad, not Individual Cubes Like I Thought. - These are too cute and great for kids toys, small plants near a sunny window or anything you would like to access and to see. Unfortunately I did not realize that they are not stand alone, they are a unit, you have to use them together. The black corners are actually holding the whole thing together. That was a bummer because the space I needed them for does not accommodate the size of the unit. I will not take away stars because I did not realize it was a unit. They are sturdy, easy to assemble and great quality will be very durable. They do not wobble and stand up well on my wood floors. I would have returned but just lazy. The price was fabulous for the quality. I will use in another area at some point.

They are very sturdy, although you need to be careful to make sure that the corner connectors snap tightly in place, otherwise they won't hold well or fit together properly. They fold relatively flat and come together and apart very quickly, a feature I liked as I wanted to be able to readjust the shelves as necessary. The wire is sturdy steel, although the grating is 1 inch square, so tiny items won't work on these shelves, but for books, games, game units, controllers, board games, etc. these are great shelves.

These are nice but a bit challenging to get them put together. Might be easier with more than person to hold them. They tend to pop back apart when you are trying to secure them. But once done they work great
