So far, amazing. 3 years ago I paid local council 90 pounds to come and deal with rat infestation. They came 3 times, left poison which looked just like this. It did the job but the cost was high too. This did the same job and cost me 3 times less. I left this in the attic. It took over a week for all the rats to come from the neighbourhood. They ate all what I left around. I havent heard them for over 6 months. Now I heard them again. So will be putting more out. It doesnt smell. They seem to like the taste of it as all the poison was eaten the first time and left it out. I only found tiny bits left scattered around the area where I left it first. And it did a very good job otherwise the rats would be heard again. After the first feed, which lasted over a week, I havent heard them for over 6 months. I tried the red blocks before but there was no effect. It definitely worked for me.

Not that we like to get rid of animals but rats do get my duck eggs and ducklings so we had to take action!! Since this has been down we have had no issues with rats or vermin around the duck houses so works really well. You can see where it is as the blue colour makes it stand out. Works well.

I’ve been using this brand of bait for a long while now and it does work in keeping rodents in check, my only issue is that used outside it attracts slugs with the consequences of cleaning up next time I have to replace bait

This poison is excellent at what it does and excellent value. *** Update 06 Nov 2018 *** What a brilliant result! Bait remained untouched now for five consecutive days. I've used 1.5kg and so have plenty left in case of new colonies. ******************************* I discovered nests under neighbours summerhouse and my woodshed. After limited success with snap traps, I purchased this and put down 100g, three times a day. I placed it in the entrance to the nest where it was completely eaten each time it was laid. After four days, the poison remained for two further days before being eaten. Thereafter, the poison would remain for a day or two and then go. I booked a visit by the West Midlands Council Pest Control Inspector who was immensely helpful in the following ways: 1. Confirmed that what I was doing was exactly what her teams do - bait, replenish, repeat. 2. Stated that this poison was strong enough to kill after only one stomach full - so for it to go each time it was laid for four days meant I had a lot of rats. 3. Explained that rats 'scout' out food and that I had probably killed the local rat colony (upto 100ft) but that Scouts from neighbouring colonies were chancing upon the food due to the scent left by the previous occupants. 4. Stated that the poison was rendered ineffective once it gets soaking wet. I feel I have been successful and that this product is excellent. I have no fears if further rats colonise the old nest locations, I will use this product again and again. It was great to have the WM council pest control inspector's insight and opinion to confirm that I was doing all the right things. I hope that this review is useful to any others reading it because they too have an issue with these particularly worrying pests.

Good price

I am not sure whether the rodents have eaten the bait or just got the message that they are not wanted in the loft but after 2 treatments of 2 sachets each, they appear to have gone. I will keep monitoring and topping up the bait trays once a week but it appears this product has done the required job very effectively. My evidence? Well, it is always a good sign when the pattering stops and the bait trays are half full or even untouched. I just need to persuade the fella that has taken up occasional residence in our outdoor meter cupboard, to sling his hook and everything will be peachy. I put some more bait out this morning and I am very confident of a good result. This product appears to work and I got 30 sachets for a good price. The active ingredient is at a higher concentration than in the product I have used before and so acts more quickly. I am impressed with this product and I would definitely buy more of it when I need to.

After looking through previous reviews I ordered this product to help with rats in the attic 🙈. Great price for the amount, unfortunately it's not doing the job and hasn't been touched by the rats which is massively disappointing. Separately I bought traps which continue to kill the rats so I know they are still there! And the previous poison from a different seller was taken. Wouldn't purchase again, but no need to as there plenty bags that aren't being taken!
