For simple use
It’s a a good hotplate in terms of its size , but the time it takes for boiling my teabot of water it’s too long ( (18 minutes )It would be perfect if : 1- the wattage was something like 750 2- the plug can be folded

No Cord Storage.
Compiled a comprehensive review; amazon lost it.Here's the summary. ..Item arrived in good time and in good condition.On first use it burns a coating of plastic on the hotplate, turning it into fumes...open windows !Well constructed and robust... but treat it with respect.There is housing for the three pin plug but no cord storage as described. .I'll get some long term use from it.Recommended.
