Siempre tuve algo de "miedo" al entrenar con bandas elásticas, no me daban sensación de seguridad. Pero he de decir que la calidad percibida de este producto es muy buena y transmite confianza, uno puede centrarse en el ejercicio sin tener la mosca detras de la oreja de si se ba a romper la banda.La resistencia de la misma la mediria como media-alta, como para hacer ejercicios de brazos con esfuerzo o como asistencia media en dominadas.De todas formas, llevo poco tiempo con ella como para ser una opinión definitiva, ya que cada tipo de goma "envejece" distinto.Un saludo
