I work 60+ hours a week and workout 6x a week in the early mornings. I haven’t tried that yet - I wanted to try Basis alone to see how it performed as a stand alone product.

I love this stuff! I take it daily, it gives me energy and an overall sense of well-being. It also helps relieve aches and pains. It took a little while to notice the effects, but I really felt the difference when I stopped taking it for about a month. Some of my old aches returned, discomfort I had almost forgotten about. My husband takes these and loves them, they give him a great feeling in the morning, but he does take a few more vitamins too! He does wish there was more of them.

Only a week in, so I can't speak yet for the results, will update at a later date. However, it contains magnesium stearate. Research this at your own will. I don't understand why they continue to include this harmful ingredient after creating such a wonderful product. Had I known it has it, I would not have purchased. Too expensive to throw out and no refunds.
