I was actually so impressed with this table! Ordered on Friday Feb 16 and it got here on Monday the 19th, despite it being presidents day. The contents inside were all packaged nicely; every piece of wood is in contact with styrofoam and I didn't see any damages to any pieces, so that was a relief. Building the table was also very easy and intuitive. The table top itself is already built, all you need to do is screw in all 4 legs which honestly took under 15 minutes. The table itself is actually VERY sturdy. The legs aren't flimsy when moving or carrying the table and everything seems very secure. The wood is VERY nice. I'm actually so impressed for the price of this table. This style goes with everything in my apartment and is small enough to fit in my living room. Really great purchase. I'd recommend this to a friend

This table is amazing! It's thoughtfully packed; I assembled two different pieces of flat pack furniture today from two different companies, and this one was far superior. All the corners were protected by styrofoam inserts, all the styrofoam in the package was sealed in plastic (no styrofoam snow all over the place while I was unpacking and assembling!), and the hardware was blister packed on a cardboard card so nothing was roaming loose in the box. It came with the usual L-shaped hex tool, but Zinus also included their own branded hex tool with a nice handle that was much easier to work with. Eight bolts and you're done. The instructions have large, clear diagrams. The package also included an envelope with a thank you note and blank cards to send to friends/family. This company cares about its product AND its presentation! The table itself is lovely. I purchased the natural version, and in person it's a mellow honey color. The legs are solid wood with felt feet already attached, and the top is real wood all the way through. It is a pieced wood, not a solid top. I included a picture to show what it looks like because the joins are very visible, but not messy or unpleasant. The hardware was all heavy duty and included bolts and washers. It would be very easy to paint this table. It's also got a nice weight and it's sturdy enough that I dont anticipate any issues using it as a craft table. Some pictures show this table with two chairs on each of the long sides, but they'd have to be very narrow. This table was a great buy for around $100. I am so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the whole package at the price point...honestly, it put most of the other flat pack furniture I've bought or assembled to absolute shame. This is a great piece!

Solid wood; espresso is dark however not as dark as coffee. Beautiful color, nice looking grain, super easy to assemble. If you look closely you can see variances and a small dent or two in the table top. Had I paid $500 for the table that would be a dealbreaker. At just over $100 I think I can manage my expectations! No one will ever notice them anyway. I took pictures with the chairs I ordered from Amazon so you can see how nicely they go together. Amazon shows these chairs and this table as "frequently bought together" and it's easy to see why: pretty sweet little dining set for about 300 bucks total. Does not look cheap at all. The chairs were also easy to assemble, look great and are comfy for my 5'10" frame. The second photo shows that while the color of the chair legs isn't a perfect match, it's pretty good... good enough for this non-perfectionist! I just got all these today so I can't rate durability. However, solid wood tables tend to last a decade or three. And when solid wood furniture gets dinged up too much, you can always refinish it or paint it. I like the smaller size too: I have a 1959 ranch with relatively small rooms and my other dining room table (solid wood, 70 years old and going strong) overwhelmed the DR. This size is just right for two, altho four adults would work fine I think.

Moved to a new town to work as a resident physician. I sold my old desk and needed something new and simple to be used as a work station. Accidentally came across this and it was perfect! It's about 120in wide by 75 in deep. Very smooth surface. Everything came in perfect condition and it took only about 5 minutes to assemble. All the parts were included and the instructions were extremely simple and clear. So far the table seems extremely sturdy and doesn't wobble at all, even on carpet. For about $120 I really think this product can't be beat whether it is used as a dinner table or as a desk. I can say for the price and quality it easily beats everything I saw on amazon during my week long search for the right table. The midcentury look is absolutely beautiful and I've already received an inquiry from a fellow resident who wondered where I got this from. The only thing I will say is that if you stare at the surface very closely you may see several zip zag lines indicating the top is not one solid piece but rather was most likely made from many pieces merged together. You won't see it from away, but again I think for the price you really can't complain. 5 stars for the product. I'd definitely buy this again in the future.

The ZINUS dinning table is the perfect option for a small homes with limited dinning room space. Compact and sturdy, this table is attractive as well. Assembly is quick and easy, and the tools you need are provided, so all you need to do is attach the legs and your table is ready to use. Another plus is that, while the table is made of wood, the table is light enough that it can be moved easily to fit whatever you think it will fit best. The ZINUS table is versatile as well and can be used as a desk. Solid, attractive, easy to assemble, and versatile, this table will be a welcome addition to any small or mid-size home/room.

I got this table to replace a much smaller table. The space cant accommodate a huge dining room table and I didn't want to spend too much money so then this table comes in. It's very easy to assemble, you're just attaching the legs. It looks great! However, it scratches very VERY easily. There are small dents in the table from I have no idea what as I only really use the table to eat. I have rattan placemats (nothing too intricate) and they've scratched the table just from being on it. If you're going to get this table I highly recommend using coasters and placemats and preferably ones with some kind of non-scratch backing. You absolutely cannot stand on this table for any reason (like to change a lightbulb or play true american), it is simply not sturdy enough to hold any real weight

I absolutely love everything about this table. It came in a large box with excellent packaging. Tons of Styrofoam but all of the styrofoam was encased in plastic, so there is no clean up! This is wonderful. The table itself was super easy to put together. I put it together on my rug so as not to scratch it. It came with an allen wrench, and they even send a little ratchet just to put the legs on the table. This process took maybe only 10 minutes and the ratchet was so nice to have with it. I commend them for that. The only thing is there was a small flaw on the top of my table but not enough for me to send it back. I didn't notice this until after I attach the legs and flipped it over. The wood does seem to be a little on the softer side so curious as to how it will hold up to dings and Marx. But I can't say enough about this table. It looks great. Easy to put together. Appreciate the thoughtfulness they put in the packaging and adding the ratchet. This was literally the easiest piece of furniture I've ever had to put together.
