Love the look and the ceramic coating on the pan. Everything feels sturdy. I was originally disappointed that the initial program that you run (per the directions) for the burn off was beeping, because that is the whole reason I am even replacing my Breadman at all. I couldn’t find a silent mode, and my experience is loud continuous beeping that wakes everyone, at every cycle. I have only done one round, but I slept through it, so it must not be as loud. I am disappointed that there is no off switch- you have to unplug it. In the instructions, FYI, when it references degrees, it is in Celsius. It doesn’t say C or F, but it is clearly C. I haven’t tried any of the recipes because they are so different from what I have used before, but my Breadman white bread recipe went great in this. One more thing, to get the pan out, you have to turn it by the handle (counterclockwise, and just a little) to get it to release. You also have to turn it (clockwise) to put it in. I don’t love this, but it must be some kind of safety feature. Putting it in didn’t cause any issues for my ingredients. The ingredients didn’t settle or mix. I am going to keep this at least for the time being, but I am going to upgrade to a more expensive machine eventually to get a silent mode, more clear function manipulation (not sure how to tell when you have started or stop/paused and some of the display looks like what you would manipulate or set, and it just isn’t clear), and an off switch.

I've had a few breadmakers over the years, and this is the best one I've ever used

PROS: This makes very good bread with excellent texture. Overall it is a nice machine and we feel well worth the price. We have had "many" bread makers over many years. The dual heaters on this give a nice even cook and crust. Nice to have a ceramic lined pan and not eating teflon as it wears. Included is a nice hot pad glove, measuring cup and spoon. Very good service. SERVICE: SUPER!!! The one we first received was defective. Had a very loud screeching sound and horrible smell. Seller and KBS customer service responded quickly - several times. After they viewed video they sent a replacement right away. This one is working right. We are happy with it. CONS: Maker is a little on the noisy side while mixing. Not bad, but a little more than others we have used. We ran it through the suggested cleaning twice. It still had a motor or heating smell (lessening each time) that has taken 3 more loaves to almost completely go away. OVERALL: Very pleased. Downgraded it from 5 only because of the "cons" and problem with the first one we got. I think that should have been caught in the factory with a inspection quality control test.

I simply add my favorite ingredients into the machine and wake up to perfectly baked bread in the morning. This bread maker is very versatile, as we've even made cakes. It's also practical and very easy to clean. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with the bread maker's key-pad protector and had to contact customer service. The response was immediate and compassionate. We received the replacement in short order and are back to making yummy creations...

This bread maker looks great and makes some great bread. I couldn’t believe it makes the dough and then bakes in the same container but it does. The instructions I felt could be a little better but once I made the 1st loaf it was super simple after. Highly recommend.

I will never buy this bread machine. A huge waste of money.

I received a little late shipping boxes where in great condition however when I opened there is a dent on the side of machine I wanted to know if it effected working order and it didn’t a bit louder than old machine however came out great

I like it but wish it was lighted to see inside the window. Can’t really tell what’s going on
