**Q: saw NO pictures of a foot rest! There was one photo of a leg rest when recling, where is the FOOT rest?**
A: It's under the seat.  You pull it out and flip the cushion over to use it. It's very small but functional.

**Q: My tilt lock mechanism no longer holds. Is there a replacement part available for sale?**
A: "It is a normal sized chair." is no an answer to whether parts are available.

**Q: Can the wheels be easily replaced with the rubber caster wheels for hardwood floors?**
A: yes, it is easy

**Q: Does this chair smell bad?**
A: Mine had a small smell once I took out of the box but it wasn't bad.  I love the chair and recommend it.

El producto me llego un dia antes, me llego bien empaquetado y protegido, la silla trae todas las herramientas para armarla, es un poco mas grande de lo que me imagine y esta muy comoda, no tiene sonidos extraños como otras sillas, las rueditas no suenan eso no me lo esperaba. En cuanto al armado las instrucciones estan claras alguna parte confusa, pero nada que la logica no resuelva, en general es buena silla, no es de gama alta si esperas eso no es para ti, por el precio te dan lo que pagas
