**Q: No expiration info anywhere on the package! What's the exp. date? Bought a few weeks ago.**
A: I don’t know either but I have had it sealed tightly in my dark,dry cupboard for quite a while with no apparent issues.

**Q: What is the expiration date on this product?**
A: Non that I know of .  just make sure it is kept in a tight jar and it will be good for a long time.. User it, its good !

**Q: Can the shell bits be sifted out?**
A: I did not find any shell bits.

**Q: Can i make pecan milk with this flour, please?**
A: Probably but I have not madd the mills.  I would guess that it is more difficult ult because it is not on the market.
