PEBEO Vitrea 160 Discovery Set, PPAV160D12

This is tthe very first time thaat i have ever tried to paint glass.............and i'm going to keep on keeping on!! Ok, i made a few errors, such as forgetting to give the pots a good stir beforehand, or by making sure that the glass were free of grease and smears but once you have made those mistakes, and then some:-) you learn. The results have been great. The whole family and got in on the act and we have also bought the relief outliner pens from the same company to add interest to the glass etc. The ideas just keep coming! The paints are easy to use and the colours are stunning. However, if you want to dilute the paint this has to bought separately. There are biggers sets you can buy, thus keeping everything together. Do remember to put the glasss into a cold oven then turn the dial to the right temp and allow the glass to cool in the oven, or it won't cope with the elements and the dishwasher detergents etc! I recommend this product.

Great colours and rinse with water

Bought to decorate some glasses for Christmas presents. Easy to use, lots of good colours and decent size pots, they’ll last ages.

Brilliant set, some colours are a bit dark so might be worth getting the lightener. The pots are small but they go a long way.

Great, easy to use

It's an ideal choice for someone like me who only has started their paining on glass experience. I was a bit surprised to discover that the white and black painting are not really transparent, you have to have a really direct source of light to see through them - but I assume that there are other Pebeo products that are more transparent. i also ready that you can get the more transparent effect by adding water. Apart from that everything seems totally fine and I wouldd recommend it to anyone.

Came quickly, worked well

I wish I had know that Ineed to bake in the oven to set the paint. I have just done a painting on a piece of fairly thick glass - just hope oit doesnt crack in the oven. I want to try them on a very thin vase but am a tad dubious.

Love the discovery paint...it is very expensive BUT I LOVE IT

ガラスに塗ってオーブンで焼く（160度90分）とステンドグラスのような色合い（透明感がある）でしかも水洗いしても落ちないものが出来上がる。ただ粘度が高いので刷毛目が残るので広く塗るのは難しい。12色入っているので入門にちょうど良い。

These are the best glass paints. Transparent and beautiful, very different from the Pebeo Vitrail, these Vitrea 160 glass paints do not smell since they are not solvent based like the Vitrail glass paints are, I much prefer these and they are my go to glass paints, I posted 3 pictures of glass paintings I’ve made with these beautiful Pebeo Vitrea 160 glass paints.

Les couleurs sont belles et intenses. La quantité est vraiment idéale pour faire ses premières découvertes/expérimentations etc. Cependant, il est très difficile de faire des aplats (à cause de la texture de la peinture) et le noir peut difficilement être utilisé comme cerne. C'est cependant un bon achat, j'attends de voir la longévité de la peinture après cuisson.
