Review: Great knife for a really low price. Just buy it! - This knife is ridiculously good for the price. It's comparable to other brands costing over 5 times the price. It has a comfortable full tang handle with good fit and finish, and it came with a very sharp edge which it holds it well. The blade thickness is just right, not too thick or too thin. A+

Chop vegetables, mince garlic, I have even used it to cut thick steaks from bone-in ribeye roasts, and to carve a turkey! I've had it for over a month, still sharp. A: Sorry but I don’t have a Rockwell hardness tester. The blade holds an edge and keeps it as good as my other knives

A: Per the item description, yes.  I don't know why Amazon would lie about this.  It's a great knife for the money.

**Q: Would anyone happen to know if the blade angle is 15 or 20 degrees?**
A: Sorry I can’t help on blade angle but I can tell you it’s a heck of a deal for the price.

Great knife so far. Really good balance right at the bolster. Nice grip feel. Came sharp. Blade thickness is good. Has good weight as well. Gonna put it to the test next week and see how the edge holds up and how it takes the stone. Not to mention the price. If this knife is reliable then I will be pleasantly surprised.
