I add this to smoothies daily and have noticed less illness. It may be a coincidence, but it’s the only thing I can think of that I changed that would affect my immune system. I work at a school and I’m around a lot of germs!

I enjoy the quality of the product however I have to lower the score due to packaging. It is very difficult to close these packages which overall interferes with freshness. I tried many different ways to reseal even scrapping the powder that goes inside the seal and nothing worked. It makes it very hard to enjoy fully. The product itself is good.
