Make sure the elec. specs on back are an exact match and it looks and mounts identical and it should be fine. If any specs are different or not exact same mounting do not buy or use.

I have a trane xr80 with the number in p04 will the p05 fit my furnace?

I have moved so I don’t have the furnace in front of me now. I’m relatively certain it will work but just look at the electrical specs and make sure all the specs match up with the current one that’s in there. If so, as long as the little metal clips for the wires all match up you’re good to go
