Q: Device shuts off after 5 seconds and doesn’t want to charge my Apple products

I had exactly the same issue. I set the AirBox aside for over two weeks. On a whim, with it closed I connected my iPad Pro to it with a USB-C to USB-C cable and the iPad started charging - and it stayed charging. I opened the AirBox and the iPad continued to charge. I pressed the "on" switch on the AirBox and placed my iPhone 12 Pro and AirPods Pro onto their respective pads - and they started charging too (and remained charging). I really do not know what changed or how it changed - but it is working properly now.

Q: Just purchased this and found out it does not support series 7 Apple Watch according to the insert. Will you be upgrading this device to support it?

Actually, the Airbox supports all Apple Watches. The insert you have may be outdated.

Q: Does the airpods 3 gen case fit in the airpod space? the case is not the same as previous models and the space looks cut for the pro only.

No I won’t work with 1st generation Apple Pencil. Only 2nd generation.
