I am exceptionally pleased with these; probably will be my default blacklight LED strip lights. Let's address the "brightness" issue: these are true ULTRAVIOLET lights and human eyes are not sensitive to that frequency. You need to judge the brightness via UV-reactive materials, such as "neon"paper. Furthermore, because the lights are capable of being powered by AA batteries, the voltage is NOT 5V, but between 3.6V and 4.5V, which reduces the light output. I LOVE that these don't have the waterproof silicon covering. This allows them to conform to much tighter spaces and sharper bends. The adhesive is superior to other LED strips, too. Lastly, the END of the strip is PRE-WIRED for easier reuse of the extraneous strips after you cut it OR allow you to very easily attach the strip to another power source. The box that it came in is exceptionally small and compact. Obviously this product was designed for manufacturing and "making". Absolutely will be buying more.

I used this for my disc golf cart, and it works great. You can either add AA batteries or plug it into a USB power bank. Both work well, but I like that you can choose which to use as a power source. If you have glow discs, this setup is perfect! I no longer have to hold a UV flashlight up to my discs to get them to flow. Just flip the switch and allow the black lights to charge your glow discs for a whole fun night!

Works well but they don't have that silicone coating over the leds so if anything slides past them they have sharp square edged and corners that will scrape stuff. But they are bright and they have great adhesive, and the battery pack is very solid and well made. And easy to modify the switch with its design if you got the tools and knowhow. For the price it's nice.will damage eyes if you looking them long due to uv. Charges glow pigment great.

Solid rope lights. I got them to build a glow cart for disc golf, and they work great. 5v means I can use an extrernal battery pack, which is what I do. I wish they were brighter, but you cant ask for too much at low power

Long lasting

These night lights are AMAZING!! I love all of the different colors! You can set the brightness as well. They come with their own remotes, so I just keep one as a spare since one works for both. Perfect for kids rooms, bathrooms, hallways... Any where you want a splash of color really! Have not had to replace the battery on the remote yet, and all the buttons are working fine. The only thing is you have to remember that the intensity buttons are backwards from a regular remote, but luckily there are arrows pointing in the right directions. I am going to order at LEAST 2 more sets of these so I can have them ALL OVER! <3

Good length of lights but they dim/die quickly. Only had them plugged in for a out an hour before they dimmed.

These lights sucks . They don't actually work when I put the batteries in ! One set came totally broken the wires were already snapped in half ..

The pictures and Video do not show the actual brightness Edit: Decided to change my review, I bought these originally for charging glow disc golf discs. I initially tested them with older plastic and was not happy. They work much better on newer glow plastic. Just wish they were waterproof

As decribed, easy to install and works great!! I used it around my kitchen counters and island for a party. It was perfect since they are battery operated!

Purchased to place in the shelving where I display my uranium glass. Looks fantastic!
