This tape works
Bought two packs to iron onto the edges of a doormat made from a carpet leftover. So far, so good - the tape seems to have stuck down well and the cream colour looks smart.

Used to bind off a rug. Took a few tries to get it to bond but I think I started the iron off too cold. Holds well and works as described.

Easy to use and works wonderfully
My wool rug had an area that had water leaked on it and I thought I would have to through it out. I gave Bondex a try and it saved my rug. Highly recommended

It's Holding So Far
I purchased this product when I was unable to find an adhesive twill binding that I had used on my last rug project. Another reviewer was correct when they wrote that it is similar to clothing patches. It does not feel as strong or as flexible as the twill product that I prefer however it did apply easily with an iron and it is still holding. I will buy again if still unable to locate the twill product.
