Comfy and allowed airflow. Best by far of all the ones I tried. Never caused sweating or back pain as others did. Good airflow with others did not have. I loved the soft texture and the shape was perfect

This pillow turned out to be the best investment I made to help me recover from retina surgery. With the additional risers, it held my face off the bed surface and allowed air to move under the sides of the pillow and around my face. I used regular bed pillows under my stomach to support my back. Then when I was allowed to sleep on my side, this pillow helped me keep my face (eye) down. It also had side "arms" that kept me from turning onto my back. I think you'll like what it can do to help you.

Don't recommend. The "legs" of this pillow are just tied on so they're not very sturdy and shift easily, so the support is lacking. It's smaller than you'd think, probably best for a kid. Not so much for an adult. It is soft and plushy though, so that's a plus. So I'm still on the hunt for a pillow to support my stomach sleeping, peez dispensing self (that's how I look when I sleep).

if you have disc herniation and back pain? try to sleep face down really can take the pain away. I was not sure this pillow will work at first just from looking at the photo of the product, but it does. you can breathe, and your arms are comfortable hugging the side pillow. It feels like someone really knows what sleep face-down needs. It helps me with back and neck pain. It is a good buy

There weren't a lot of reviews, but I decided to try it anyway. PROS: Very plush material and soft when you lay on it. The face hole is big enough to comfortably position inside of it. CONS: The support blocks that go under the pillow are not stiff enough. The pillow has these ties to tie around these support blocks but they kept popping out. And also when I laid the pillow on the table these blocks would reposition and not keep it in the lower or upper position on the table. I was expecting them to be sturdier. Decided to send it back and try something else.

My husband had a torn retina and he needed something for the first night after surgery. The medical equipment wasn’t arriving until the next day. In our experience, this-coupled with a neck donut pillow one uses to travel with- was ok for one night. But is was a bit flimsy. One of the squares that you tie on kept falling off. However, it served its purpose for us.

Portable. Allows. You to change positions by taking this with you. A godsend during eye surgery recuperation.

Should be thicker and stiffer and the small pillows to tie to it are a wasted effort.
