I work outside a lot and get grass stains, dirt, and blood on my work clothes. It works really well getting all of these stains (and my smells) out of my clothes. The size of the detergent bottle may seem a little daunting since it's big, but it is easy to use once you lay it on its side and make sure the air release cap is fastened tightly when not pouring the detergent. Sometime I soak my clothes in the detergent for a longer lasting effect of the cleaning process. After a long soak, I run it through the regular cycle and my clothes look like they've never been stained. Pay attention to the inside of the cap in which you pour the detergent. It has little bars which recommends how much detergent you should use depending on the load size, so you can stretch how much of the detergent you use and not waste any.

I like using the large tide bottle because it is easy to pour detergent without using an excessive amount. It last longer due to its design and the push pin is very effective.Constructive criticismThe larger bottle is heavy so I would keep the bottle where it is accessible for everyone in your house to reach. The design is made so you won’t have to move it around while using it. I wish the company would advertise safety measures for the elderly and young kids who are learning to do laundry.

This detergent actually gets everything out—dirt, sweat, grease, all of it—without needing to soak or scrub first. It leaves our laundry smelling clean and feeling fresh, even after the worst job site days. I’ve tried other brands, but I keep coming back to this one because it just works.

Good detergent on Subscribe and Save, so I never run out. It is always packaged well, with a line of tape over the cap so it doesn't loosen in transit. You can't go wrong with Tide, and this is the real stuff. So easy to have it in S&S.

This tide detergent cleans my clothes effectively. I use the amount recommended for my high efficiency machine but still find the scent to be strong after an additional rinse. I started using less and the clothes still seem clean.

Good smell

We have dogs, a teenager and my whole family can be tough on their clothes. Sure, some things need to be pre-treated, that’s just laundry, especially if it was not washed in a reasonable amount of time. But the scent is not overwhelming, it lasts for a while using the correct amount of soap, detergent quality can’t be beat and it’s easy to use.
