Perfect for Swedish meatballs
You need to get this sauce to boiling point to thicken it and then let it simmer, while stirring. Delicious with Swedish meatballs and lingonberry jam.

Me and my kids love Brunsås, very yummy with meatballs, potatoes and vegetables. Great product :)

A Classic Swedish Sauce!
This is a classic sauce and brand you would find in any Swede's home. Also, as a Swede, I want to make you aware that this is not the sauce you get in IKEA. In Sweden, we have two kinds... this is "Brunsås" (Brown Sauce) which is a bit darker and saltier where the one IKEA uses is "Gräddsås" (Cream Sauce). However, both do work with meatballs :)
