Will this kit work with Gabriel shocks?

Not directly. The hose for standard air shocks is 1/8” hose. If you are able to get a reducer and put that in line, then it would work

Anybody know where I can get an air hose installation kit for my Gabriel hijackers 49178?

Any universal kit wit work as long as you get the correct hose size. You should be able to research the shock kit to find out the hose size.
