Of course "good" depends on your usage rate. Shake well before using. Made in Jamaica. No info on label if there is a need to refrig after opening. Ingredients are cane sugar, water, caramel, salt, sodium benzoate as a preservative. Right out of the bottle I found the taste (finger dab to tongue) to be pretty bland, there's a non-descriptive taste, not sweet, not salty, not bitter. I guess the reason other reviews say it can be used in cakes or on food. My first use was to bake turkey legs. The Browning sauce worked well. I seasoned the meat first and then brushed the Browning on before popping in the oven. I also added a little Wright's Liquid Smoke for a little extra flavor. It turned out very good... yummy. Very pleased.
