I used to play simulator games and it works perfectly great. After doing the last update at euro truck game just stopped working but for others simulator games are great.

12/26/24 Computer does not have enough processing power or a real graphics card. It will not run Rocket League, but will run Fall guys on the very lowest settings and still lags, fps of 21 while playing. I will be returning this computer unless the support can tell me something specific about it is not working correctly. This computer seems to be for Browsing the internet and viewing files only! The keyboard and mouse seem useable, the monitor is a monitor, didn’t even plug the mouse pad in, and the camera doesn’t work on any applications outside of the windows camera app. It will not run w11. I don’t know if this is a refurbished issue or just a straight lack of quality hardware. But it’s not good. Don’t expect much from this if you still continue with your purchase.

I returned it because it didn't meets the needs my son had for it, but it seemed like a solid machine for what it was.

PC work really good for about three months now the power supply is dead. Contacted Astsys for assistance. Waiting for a response hoping the supply can be replaced or the PC replaced. Will update if I get any feedback from them. Update 1 April 2025 Supplier eventually replied on the 22nd March. They wanted to give me a $20 refund or replace the defective power supply. I requested a replacement because a power supply is more than $20. They said they will send the replacement and update me when it has been shipped. I had to message to find why it is taking so long for them to reply asking me for the serial tag which I sent from the beginning. Worst experience purchasing on Amazon. This supplier sould get a zero rating. 18th April 2025 Do not buy from this supplier terrible service. They couldn't ship a replacement part so they offered a $30 refund to purchase on my own but only gave me $15. I have never had bad service on Amazon like this. I am still trying to get a refund to purchase the replacement power supply f Om this seller and I have had enough. Worst service. Do not purchase from this seller.

Has an I/0 cable error when it boots up, still works fine, best value for kids comp

We received the PC, and never could get the wifi to work. I used an Ethernet connection to try to update drivers, and called the customer service number for help. I spoke to someone named Eric who spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with me to help me with that and a few other things. They are reshipping out another dongle so that we can move his PC to his room. Customer service was exceptional!

It's just a regular PC that has lights on it. The screen that I was given isn't good, has lines on the screen, and not good graphics, but it'll do for now. It runs well though so no complaints.If you're looking for something reasonably priced get this but an actual gaming PC this isn't it!

I'm a PC gamer and have a nice expensive set up, well my 6 year old likes playing on mine but wanted his own so I purchased this bundle as an inexpensive beginner set up of his own. Starting off I wasn't impressed my the tracking of the package and it was a day later than the 2 day expected delivery window, which was frustrating but not a big deal. Finally when the package came I opened the box to set it up for my kiddo only to notice that the monitor that was supposed to come with the bundle was nowhere in site. All other parts were there except a monitor, monitor power supply. It even came with an HDMI/monitor adapter just not monitor. I reached out to the seller (via Amazon) and am waiting for a response. I then began to layout and hook up the equipment I did receive. Monitor and everything turned on just fine but haven't been able to test it without the monitor. Also the sound bar came with a remote but it doesn't do anything. Haven't tried changing the battery yet since it came with the plastic battery disconnect that you remove so the battery ISNT dead before use. So we will see if that fixes it. Overall not impressed in the slightest by the company as of yet and haven't even began to test the tower for functionality. Would not recommend purchasing from this seller at all so far we will see how their customer service is when or IF I hear back from them.
