As is, stand is rickety and suspect structurally if fully loaded. A Philips screwdriver is listed in assembly instructions but screws can only be hand tightened. Big dissapppointment to otherwise decent product. It assembled in a few minutes (despite rather limited instructions, but who reads those, anyhow). It's wobbly at best, and if you load it up (in my case, a couple hundred 24x36" sheets) the vertical setscrews don't hold and the rack will collapse. I'd call this rack a cheap knockoff of the better brands.
