To the point that I couldn't walk, I had to waddle and limp and each step was so painful. My knees had almost no stability. They would buckle on stairs. By the end of week 1 I was able to go on a long distance walk 2-3 miles pain free. I was absolutely amazed and it felt like a borderline miracle. Running and jumping were still a no-go, though. I kept taking a pill each day as directed. And Each day my pain would get a little better and at the end of week 2 I was able to actually run 2 miles! I was only a little sore the next day but it was easily manageable. After a couple days of rest I went on another 2 mile run! And here I am now, ending week 3 and I'm confident I can run, jump, and squat worry free. UCII-collagen is no joke and I'm a believer. If you're experiencing joint pain or injury you owe it to yourself to give this supplement a shot.
