I think this product is terrible. I bought a case and shared it with my team during intense work days doing physical labor. Besides tasting absolutely terrible, no one could detect any benefits. I have taken them myself a number of times during afternoon work pushes only to find myself yawning and desiring a cup of coffee, which costs far less and tastes better than this urea flavored shot. What really gets me though is the card that came in the box that says to contact the company directly if you’re not satisfied with the product. The phone number is bogus, trying to sell me crap and give me a “life alert necklace” for free to call emergency in case I fall and can’t get up? WTF? I emailed them with no reply. I can’t return it to Amazon because it’s a food product but now I have a bunch of plastic trash and my staff won’t touch it again. Don’t buy into this snake oil.

Not the best flavor, but I would rather have that than have unhealthy artificial flavors added to it. great for energy boosting without caffeine although they do have one that has caffeine as well. love it during intermittent fasting for unwanted hunger. Taste is tolerable I just slam it down and move on! a little expensive for us but we cut sown in other places I have been using this product for the past 5 years.

I have been Keto for almost 4 years and lately have been a little sluggish and by testing, realized that I am insulin resistant. My doctor recommended Ketone IQ to use during intermittent fasting days and said it will help me kick the insulin resistance and get my metabolism back on track. I have used HVMN products before and found them to be very good. I ordered this (very expensive) item with great hopes. The taste was somewhere between machine oil and horrible medicine, however, I could get around that knowing that it was good for me. The problem was, that I took a half shot first and experienced an upset stomach within a few hours. The next day, I took a half shot and almost immediately, had a terrible upset stomach and could not leave the house for the entire day. I then read that the Ketone salts do not agree with a certain amount of people and can cause severe diarrhea. Well, that is a but more than a side effect. I am very disappointed, since despite a slight headache over my eyes, it gave me unbelievable mental clarity and I had very high hopes for this. However, I have no choice but not to take it as I cannot deal with the severe upset stomach. I did have a partial colectomy a decade ago and perhaps my system is more sensitive than others. Unfortunately, just wasted $120 and not happy.
