Logitech M170 Compact Ambidextrous 2.4 GHz Wireless Mouse - Rose

This Logitech wireless mouse does exactly what it's supposed to do. The set-up is instantaneous out of the box upon plugging in the transmitter. It fits nicely in my hand, moves much smoother and precisely than the corded one I've been using until now, and the scroll wheel works great. It works right on the desk, no pad needed whatsoever. I can't attest to its durability or battery life, as I just received it, but I have high hopes for this mouse.

This mouse works perfectly and does exactly what I need. It’s very easy to set up—just plug in the USB receiver and it’s ready to go. The connection is stable, and the response is smooth and accurate. It feels comfortable in the hand, even after using it for long periods. The battery life is also great. Overall, a simple, reliable, and affordable option that I would definitely recommend.

Amazing!! The USB connector is inside the opening described on the back of the mouse next to the battery it comes with. The mouse has excellent speed and precision I have really enjoyed using it so far! I included the photo of the size in comparison to a female hand to see the appearance and size. The size is a little smaller than i expected but it's still pretty nice. The click and scroll wheel is slightly loud but nothing too crazy but if that is something you value in a mouse it's good information to know. Overall I'd rate this mouse a 9/10 it's among one of the best mouse's i've used.

For newer equipped with bluetooth I use the Logitech M535. The M535 is very similar to the M170 the key difference being the M170 uses a USB dongle, M535 is bluetooth only. This mouse is designed with a "dongle" that plugs into a USB port and it functions very well. The dongle can be stored in the battery compartment. If you are using this mouse with a laptop I STRONGLY recommend removing the dongle from the laptop and storing it in the mouse when transporting the laptop. The dongle sticks out enough that a bump could damage your USB port. Go ahead ... ask me how I know! This is a semi-compact mouse works very well and at a great price! THE one annoying thing about this mouse (and why I rated it 4-stars) is that the power slider on the bottom is black on black, and the "ON / OFF" is only molded into the bottom of the case (in black) making it hard to tell if the mouse is on or off esp. if you don't have the eyesight of a 20 year old. The M535 has colored section of red and green under the slider so that with a simple glance you can tell if it is on or not... I'm annoyed that Logi did not implement this on the M170 ... presumably to save $0.03 cent of production cost. Bad decision IMHO

I love the colour; it blends well with my mouse pad. It is fast clicking, scrolls very well and the set up was as easy as 123. Great connectivity. I really appreciate that the part to plug into the computer came inside the mouse for safe keeping. It comes with a battery and they made sure the battery wouldn’t run out. It feels very comfortable to hold.

It even fits a fairly large hand and works very well. One thing I can say with certainty it doesn't bother the Carpel Tunnel problem I've lived with for about 6.5 years.

Perfect for small hands; very comfortable. Nice rose pink color.

...there are two caveats: - As mentioned in other reviews, it's on the "stubby" side. Width seems about average for full-sized mice, but it's maybe 3/4 the length of a regular mouse end-to-end. Not a problem for me--I have small hands with longish fingers. I grasp a mouse between thumb and ring finger, with the heel of my hand resting lightly on the mouse pad. However, if you need to feel the "hump" of the mouse in the palm of your hand, you may not like this one. - Some kind of light indicating the mouse was turned on would be helpful. I could flip over previous mice and look for the tracking light on the underside. But this one doesn't change appearance in any way between on and off. My workaround--Leave the mouse upside down on the mouse pad when it's turned it off as a reminder for my next session. I've been using this mouse constantly for the last couple of days since it arrived from Amazon. I love it. Tracking and responsiveness are superb. I use it with a mouse pad, but it seems to work well on a relatively plain desk surface too. It uses a single AA battery instead of the customary two AAA batteries of my previous mouse. (No rating on battery life because I haven't had the product long enough.) So... five stars for me. It's a great value from a popular brand. I'll drive this mouse until the wheel falls off. However, it might not be to everyone's taste, depending on hand-size and the feel desired.

Not working. I initially thought it's the battery issue, so changed a new one. Didn't work. So asked for a refund. Then went through the package once more to ensure I got it right. And yes there's no USB receiver so how is it going to work? Awful.

Logitech es una marca reconocida. Éste es un mouse inalámbrico básico pero no por ello mal diseñado o con materiales que en poco tiempo dejan ver si baja calidad. No. Se trata de un producto muy bien hecho, durable u con calidad. De los pocos que se pueden usar constantemente sin que el uso les afecte y que se puede calificar bien y recomendar.

I really like the size of the mouse, works well with or without mouse pad, easy to install and carry around and durable. I purchased this 3 times over several years, also bought the same for my husband.
