I had an initial problem with my order because the mail carrier left it on a busy streets d the glass was broken. Amazon replaced the entire order for free. Customer service was excellent!!! The vase and flowers are super cute as well.

Looks great on my hallway table. The only issue is the pampas made my place smell odd. There is an odor with them. I will try to air them out and see what happens.
