So grateful to find something with such clean ingredients that helps me stay hydrated. Easily dissolves and all the flavors taste great, I truly can’t pick a favorite. Could be a little less sweet for my taste but not a biggie. Be warned because they are naturally pigmented that they will stain clear reusable straws (like for a Stanley)

I suffered from horrible morning sickness and was not getting proper fluids. I LOATHE sugars and artificial sweeteners, and I especially loathe stevia. Yes, these taste like salt, but it's not a big deal, get over it. Sugar is poison and these are sugar-free. I didn't mind the flavors. The only issue I had with these is as I entered the end of my second trimester and now am in my third, these exacerbate my heartburn so I stopped using them. I like all flavors. Grapefruit gave me the least amount of heartburn. I definitely recommend them because of the clean, sugar-free ingredients and I did feel good after drinking them. I feel guilty about the packaging and the price is a wee high.

and I cannot return. Save your money, this is SO gross! I thought it might taste like lemonade, it doesn’t at all. I’ll stick with Redmond’s Re-Lyte. So disappointed, these are expensive :(

I had the worst metallic taste in my mouth during my first trimester whenever I tried to drink plain water. Just the thought of water sounded absolutely terrible, so staying hydrated was way harder than I expected. Adding Needed to my water made such a difference because it gave it just enough flavor to make it actually drinkable without being too sweet or overwhelming when I was already feeling nauseous. It honestly became one of the only ways I could consistently get fluids in during those early weeks. I also loved having the extra electrolytes on days when I was feeling especially drained, queasy, or just generally not myself. It felt like a really easy way to support hydration when pregnancy was making even the simplest things harder. Definitely one of those products I was genuinely grateful to have on hand and would absolutely keep stocked for pregnancy and postpartum.

I like that they have minimal sweetner and additives in them but just a heads up that they do not taste good at all. I still think they are worth getting if you are adding them into something else that tastes better but they are not good in plain water. I plan to add mine to my greens powder with a little citrus.

I am a needed fanatic! I love that it is not sweetened with stevia and is one of the only brands that doesnt use stevia! This is the best electrolytes I have used. The flavor is great and I drink 1 a day and cant live without it. I buy these for presents for expecting moms and anyone going through treatment of some sort.

I didn’t like the flavor of any of these. My dr didn’t recommend them because she said they had a lot of sodium. However I still drank it throughout my third trimester because I was so thirsty all the time. I appreciate the vitamin intake but again the flavor for all three options was gross.

Tasted like pool water. Really gross.
