Please can anyone explain how the A4 notepad is secured? Can it sensibly be replaced with a thin clipboard to secure loose sheets on that side?Thanks!

Can this be used with a ring bound A4 notebook rather than a writing pad? I think i can see a slot behind the writing pad tjat can take side binders

Is it possible on the main right hand sleeve where the pad goes to insert a spiral bound pad i.e. is it stitched down the middle preventing this?

it will only take pads that flip from top to bottom like a reporters pad. be aware also that there are no pens or anything else with the pad that they show on the pictures. but i am very pleased with the quality of it.
