What a great product this toaster not only looks good on my counter it works like a wonder. The toaster is easy to use and the toast come out great

I love my new toaster. Well not new now had it for over a year and it still works great love the color mine is teal. Like the light for in case you want to pop up the toast sooner instead of forcing the knob up. And the toast is nice all around.

Purchased August 12th at $25. There was a $6 of coupon. I don’t like the fact that it is now $40 for whatever reason. Inflation 🙄 I thought at $25 this would be a great buy as my daughter likes the frozen eggo French toast. I bought it for just that and the occasional Sunday breakfast to make toast for my breakfast sammich. Since buying, I haven’t had a chance to use it just for toast. However, on the frozen French toast for my daughter, it didn’t really live up to what I was expecting. It didn’t really make the French toast.. “crispy” it kinda just made it like cardboard. Ended up having to use the microwave so that way my daughter could actually bite off of it. That’s the only time I’ve used it thus far, so I’m not docking it just yet. Everything else about the toaster is great. I think I may have chosen the wrong one, think I could have done just fine with the smaller one because the one I bought, it’s a BIG’n! Especially for my kitchen, it takes up a lot of counter space. But kinda bought it in hopes it would work well in the future house! Other than that, it’s a great toaster! It’s nice, modern, simple. It’s easy to use. The instructions are clear. But I think, once I use it more, I will update my review!

I bought this toaster on January 28, 2024 from Amazon. On December 28, 2024, the right side suddenly stopped working. I pressed down on the lever and it popped right back up. I actually thought the cord must've come loose from the wall but after troubleshooting, realized the left side worked just fine. I use this toaster daily, sometimes more than once a day between me and my kids. Like most with their stovetop, I greatly favored one side and used it far more frequently than the other and that's the side that gave out. I found the contact information for the manufacturer on their website and sent them an email. On the Saturday between Christmas and New Year's. Their auto reply email states their hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST. They replied within 4 hours! They asked for more information and I sent it back within an hour or so. They replied back again within 3 hours on that same day. They were unable to replace the toaster since they didn't have that one in stock but they're mailing me a refund in the amount I paid per my screenshotted receipt. I'm now here buying this toaster again. Even if I were to go through a similar issue again, the customer service is well worth it to me. The toaster itself worked great for me (until it didn't, of course) but the service received has created a repeat customer out of me.

This is a very nice sleek and beautiful toaster with workable functionality and good springs. Its color is remarkable and it almost feels like professional grade. Its a decent size too, compared to my old 4 slice toaster, this was noticeably bigger. This girl can take plenty of different items including rye bread as the slots are wide enough for this and bagels are a definite as well. I put this on setting 2 for regular white or italian bread and it toast them perfectly each time.

Great toaster! Definitely dry run it 3-5 times before use. Smells like hot toxic plastic the first few runs. But works great and has a lot of useful functions.

This has to be the worst product I've ever purchased from amazon. Receiving this order was worse than not receiving it. First off, the first time I attempted to toast something, a horrible chemical smell FILLED my home. It burned my throat, gave me a migraine that didn't go away for hours. I have 3 small children in my household. I immediately unplugged it and took it outside. I went to the reviews and they say the instructions say to run it once to burn off manufacturing chemicals. Okay, I didn't get any instructions in my package so not very helpful. On top of that, why?? I have purchased multiple toasters in my life and never had to do that. So I go to run it outside because I'm not going to burn off those chemicals in my home. Now mind you, this is only the second time I'm pushing the levers down. Lo and behold, one side won't even close all the way. Now it's completely useless on one side. I go to the reviews again because holy smokes, how did I miss these issues?? Upon reading, I learn this company uses PFAs which are cancer causing forever chemicals. So are these the chemicals I "needed to burn off" inside my own home!? Jesus christ, I'm done with the emotional roller coaster this damn toaster has put me through. Unfortunately, I purchased this toaster months ago before our move and just tried to use it, so I can't even return it now. $$$ straight into the garbage. Thanks a lot, bella. More like "smella".

It is very pretty. Unfortunately when it arrived only one side works. So arrived Brocken. Contacted Amazon and seller. Who agreed to a refund but I had to pay shipping. Which I understand is sellers right but I received a defective product . Would cost me half of what product would cost to return. I just wanted a working product for what I agreed to pay.

Do not buy this product. One side stopped working within 3 months and seller would not compensate. It’s a cheap toaster!
