Dosing nitrates in reef
I dose nitrates in my reef tank and its quality, little more expensive for the quantity but I get great results. Dissolved instantly.

Curing for Corned Beef
I purchased this to cure a beef brisket prior to St. Patrick's Day. For the record, I followed an Alton Brown Recipe. It did the job. It came out far better than the usual store-bought corned beef. I was very pleased.

Good for sugar rockets
Why such a big bottle for such little content? It's like potato chips 95%air. I got two because shipping was cheaper to just buy another with out shipping charges
