Each piece has a generous amount of fresh nuts. The sweetness is just right, there are no dry pieces, and they all have a nice crunch. You can tell from the photos that I have included that the pieces of baklava clearly have shiny surfaces indicating they are sweet and a bit sticky and not dry. There are variety of petite shapes and sizes which are great for a party platter. (Advice: keep some for yourself before bringing them to an event) For me this assortment is in the top two brands I have tried, and I have tried many brands over 20 years. The box they are presented in is beautiful, so this works if your sending this as a gift as well. I was happy with every single piece in the assortment and some of the pieces have a second row of sweets under them.This baklava assortment includes 11 different types:fingers sticks, birds nests, one with cashews one with pistachios, a square type that includes almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts, there are some round, triangle and rectangle pieces that just have pistachios in them.
