I ordered it for my 12 years old daughter who had an injury doing gymnastics and needed this extra support while recovering. It took longer than expected for delivery and I never got it!! I ended up contacting the seller who sent another one second day registered delivery. My daughter really likes it and finds it comfortable and helpful. It’s easy to use she can put on herself. So yes I definitely recommend it.

Brought for son who runs, gives him great support for his knee in all forms of sports. He says it helps him with the pain when he hasn’t wore it for sports, and when he wears it while doing sports he experiences no pain. Fits his knee perfect no slipping down and can adjust the tightness. Husband has used it for his elbow also as fits him great.
