Will it work on the tarnished metal panel on a wooden grave marker cross?

The label says: …adds pure silver to your worn silver plate and hard base metal such as brass, copper, nickel and bronze by molecular plating. It will not be effective on soft base metals. So it depends what metal it is you want to polish.

Can this be used on worn serving spoons, that will be used for food?

I have used this on a large serving spoon and items of jewellery but to be honest, it just doesn't do the job! Even on rings, wear it once after use and then it's back to square one. I'm going to look out for other products.

Would this work on tarnished shower mixer tap?

I suppose it depends what the taps are plated with, chromium or silver? This product is to get a ‘new shine’ on silver plating that has more than likely been rubbed away. It certainly works on silver plating, but maybe not so effective on chrome that was plated onto brass. Check on the Nushine website and speak to someone on the telephone before you waste money .
